  • 800ml of boiling water
  • 75g of chopped onion

  • 180g of chopped onions
  • 150g of sliced potatoes

  • One crushed or sliced clove of garlic
  • 320g of sliced vegetarian haggis
  • Vegetable stock
  • Teaspoon of olive oil
  • Pepper and salt to taste


  • Sauté the onions in oil and add a little of stock. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and add garlic.

  • 600g of cooked beetroot
  • 100g of chopped carrot
