Ingredients:

  • ½ kilogram of minced chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 ½ chopped onions
  • 6 green chillies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of ginger/garlic paste
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of Shaanseekhkabab masala
  • Pinch of pepper powder
  • Pinch of red chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven at 180°c
  • Whisk the egg and add pepper powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  • Add the minced chicken and set aside for ten minutes
  • Add garlic, onions and ginger/garlic paste. Add the oil and mix
  • Add shaanseekh masala and mix with hands
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of ginger/garlic paste
  • Set the mixture in the fridge for 1 ½ hours and bring it out
  • Wet your hands and mould a ball with the mince. Using a wooden skewer, press the kebab out
  • Take out a baking dish and smooth with butter or oil
  • Put the kebabs in and bake for ten minutes

  • Blend sugar and butter until fluffy

Preparation:

  • Cook pasta in salted water for 11 minutes and drain on a tray
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add chillies, onions, garlic and sauté for two minutes
  • Add eggplant and bell pepper and sauté again for two minutes. Add olives, spinach, and mushrooms
  • Cook for 5 minutes and pour tomato puree and cream
  • Add season to taste and add pasta and half the cheese
  • Pour mixture in a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese evenly and top with breadcrumbs.
  • Add cubes of butter and bake for 20 minutes at 170°c

Indian Style Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • One whole chicken without skin
  • Mixture of one cup of yoghurt, two tablespoons of salt, three green chillies, two teaspoons of salt, one bunch of coriander, two teaspoon of tandoori masala, one teaspoon of (chilli powder, garlic paste, whole cumin, turmeric)
  • One chopped onion
  • Two tablespoon tomato paste
  • Two tablespoon of oil
  • Two lemons (juiced)

Preparation:

  • Blend everything to make marinade and pour over the chicken.
  • Leave to marinate for four hours and pour into a baking dish.
  • Cover with foil paper
  • Preheat oven at 180°c and put the baking dish in the oven
  • Bake for 35 minutes
  • Remove dish and foil. Turn the piece over and replace foil
  • Put back in oven and bake for another 35 minutes
  • Remove again and remove the foil
  • Add little sauce to the cut chicken and put tray back in oven without foil and bake for ten minutes

  • 6/7 samosa bases
  • Half cup of onions

  • Add crushed panner, fresh peas, red chilli powder, chopped onions, ginger/garlic paste and salt in a pan
  • Mix together and bind everything together by squeezing it
  • Create cones from the samosa base and add the stuff in the mix. Close the edges of the samosa base
  • Grease a baking tray and arrange the samosa on it
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 250-300°c
  • Check and rotate the samosa until done
