  • Preheat your combination microwave to 300w at 180°c
  • Slice some tomatoes, courgettes, and peppers
  • Put the pepper in the grill for about six to eight minutes and remove it. Cover it up with a tea towel for about ten minutes
  • Mix oil, pepper, basil, and salt with crème fraiche and ricotta
  • Heat up some butter and add milk and flour to it gradually and continue to stir
  • Put some of the sauce mixture into an ovenproof dish and add lasagne sheets
  • Add the vegetable mixture and then the sauce again
  • Repeat this process until the dish is filled up
